How many times a week should I workout?

I typically recommend people workout 2-3x a week in order to see results and maintain those results. How we divide those days between which are training sessions and which are workouts you do on your own will depend on your schedule, finances and overall motivation to go to the gym (we all know getting there is half the battle).

Do you train out of a gym or travel to clients?

Both! I work out of a private gym on the Upper East Side but also travel to my clients who prefer to workout in the building’s gym or apartment. A small fee is added to training sessions when traveling to a client.

I travel a lot throughout the year, should I still hire a trainer?

Yes, people that lead very busy, transient life styles often benefit more from having scheduled, weekly workouts with their trainer. Virtual sessions are a great tool for us to use to keep you on track while you travel without us having to be in person. No gym where you’re traveling to? No problem, we can virtually train in your hotel room, living room, tool shed… you name it. Don’t worry about not having enough equipment either, the pandemic lockdown has turned me into a very creative individual.

Do you train men?

Of course! Training programs are designed based on the fitness goals and physical needs of each individual client.
